We do this by organising training and knowledge exchange activities in The Netherlands and abroad. Our training participants work for national and local governments from developing and transitional countries as well as for donor- and development organisations such as UNDP, USAID and NGOs. For young talented local government professionals in developing countries, we have established our ‘Talent for Governance’-programme which is funded by donations from Dutch municipalities, businesses and private persons.
