Dear Anne,
thanks for your comment/question. Unfortunatly though I will have to dissapoint you. Since Talent for Governance has already selected the Talents for 2010 programme ( june (LED) and sept. Local service delivery). You will be able to apply for the programme of 2011 in november. So keep checkeing the website, we will keep you updated.

The update I posted above, was a description of what I was doing at the time. Four Talent for Governance ’Talents’ from Albania, Ukraine and Indonesia visited us the last two weeks. I was explaining how the network functions. That is when I wrote the update.
