Estefanía assists in the development and logistics of training programmes. She grew up in Switzerland and has an honours BA in Sociology, Law, Research Methods and Statistics (LAS programme) from Utrecht University. She recently completed an MA in Development Studies with a major in Human Rights, Gender and Conflict at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Before joining The Hague Academy, she was a course facilitator at the International Institute of Social Studies and interned at the NGO Justice and Peace. Estefanía is fluent in Spanish, French and English.
