Intern
Oana is an intern at the Hague Academy for Local Governance. She is passionate about emergency, humanitarian and security management from an international legal perspective. Oana lived in France for most of her life. During her youth, she was involved in various scout projects. She moved to the Netherlands to study International Relations and International Organisations in Groningen. During her bachelor’s, she was involved in the study association as well as the politics of the university, during which she acquired experience in both committee and board positions. At The Hague Academy, Oana provides support for different open trainings, tailor-made trainings and side projects. Her tasks are mainly the management of the online learning platform, supporting the communication manager, and implementing the logistics of the trainings. Starting in September, she will pursue a Master of Law at the University of Utrecht and a Master in the governance of crises at Leiden University.
