We are currently looking for an energetic, communicative and well-organised programme officer/facilitator to support the development and delivery of training programmes with a focus on the Middle East and North Africa.

What we are looking for:

  • Master’s degree, preferably in the area of Public Administration, Political Science or (international) Economics or Law.
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience, preferably in the field of (local) governance in an international setting.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English, as well as French or Arabic. Good command of Dutch.
  • Flexible and proactive working attitude. Capable of working independently and under time pressure, with a drive to deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Strong intercultural sensitivity.
  • Able to contribute constructively and positively when working as part of a team.

What we are offering:

  • Salary between € 2.477,- and € 3.316,-, depending on experience.
  • End of year allowance of 4.6%.
