Esmeralda Garcia
Esmeralda is a dynamic trainer at The Hague Academy with extensive experience in shaping and delivering training programs centred around cultivating innovative thinking. Originally from Spain, her expertise has taken her to diverse corners of the world. After graduating from Architecture and Urban Planning from Sevilla and Brussels, Esmeralda dedicated herself to working with communities in Brazil to contribute to inclusive governance and urban development in favelas. She has later worked as a Programme Manager and Trainer in startups, local government, and cross-cultural institutions in Latin America, Eastern Europe, Asia, Japan, Australia, and South Africa.
