Customer Complaints

The Hague Academy values any feedback that contributes to our ambition of continuous improvement of our products and services. We encourage participants and other stakeholders, such as clients or partners in a project, who are dissatisfied with our product or service, to share this with us in written form, providing us with all the relevant information. For any complaints, you can use the following Customer Complaints Form.

Upon submission of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this, please send an email to The Quality Coordinator and Management of The Hague Academy will review your complaint and give appropriate and timely follow-up within four weeks or sooner.
