Customer Complaints

The Hague Academy values any feedback that contributes to our ambition of continuous improvement of our products and services. Participants and other stakeholders, such as a client or a partner in a project, who are dissatisfied with our product or service are encouraged to share this with us in written form, providing us with all the relevant information. For any complaints, you can use the following Customer Complaints Form.

Upon submission of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this, please send an email to Your complaint will be reviewed by the Quality Coordinator and Management of The Hague Academy, and appropriate and timely follow-up will be given within four weeks or sooner.
