A number of different scholarship programmes are available for professionals who wish to attend one of our open subscription courses or tailor-made training programmes.
The MENA Scholarship Programme aims to contribute to the societal development of the participating countries in the Middle East and North Africa region. It also seeks to build capacity within organisations by enabling employees to participate in short courses in various fields of study.
Registrations for scholarship applications will be open from 25 January to 12 March.
Eligible candidates submitting their application before the early-bird deadline of 13 February 2024 will benefit from our assessment and receive feedback to further improve their application.

The Orange Knowledge Programme is planned to end on 31 December 2024. Therefore, no OKP application rounds will be held in 2024.
The Shiraka Training Programme (STP) is part of the Shiraka Programme, developed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It supports societal development in the MENA region and consists of training courses focusing on governments’ public service delivery for citizens, involving civilians in this process. The Hague Academy develops and leads training programmes on various topics for the Shiraka programme. These programmes combine theory, practice and site visits.
