Job is a programme manager and inclusive governance trainer with extensive experience in fragile and post-conflict settings. He is responsible for developing and implementing training programmes in inclusive governance, public service delivery, disaster risk management and gender. Job holds a Master’s Degree in International Public Management, specialised in the Middle East and economic development from Sciences Po Paris (Institut d’études Politiques Paris). He currently manages two open training programmes: Inclusive Service Delivery and the SDGs and Gender Responsive Governance. Beyond that, he is involved in a five-year programme on disability inclusion in local decision-making in Sudan, and in an inclusive Disaster Risk Management (DRM) programme in Somalia. Prior to joining The Hague Academy, he worked as an emergency preparedness and response coordinator for a Humanitarian INGO, in countries such as Yemen, Mozambique, Cameroon, Pakistan and Myanmar. He speaks fluent Dutch, English, and French and is a keen learner of Spanish too.
