Job is a programme manager and inclusive governance trainer with extensive experience in fragile and post-conflict settings. With nearly a decade of experience in international development cooperation, Job has built his expertise in project cycle management, capacity strengthening, and multi-stakeholder coordination. At The Hague Academy, he is responsible for developing and implementing training programmes in inclusive governance, public service delivery, disaster risk management, local economic development, and gender.
Job holds a Master’s Degree in International Public Management, specialised in the Middle East and economic development from Sciences Po Paris (Institut d’études Politiques Paris). Prior to joining The Hague Academy, he worked as an emergency preparedness and response coordinator for a Humanitarian INGO, in countries such as Yemen, Mozambique, Cameroon, Pakistan and Myanmar. Job is recognised as a strong communicator and team player, and he enjoys working in intercultural environments. He speaks fluent Dutch, English, and French and is a keen learner of Spanish too.
