Nathan Ducastel is policy director at the Association of Netherlands Municipalities and director of VNG Realisation, the agency that provides services to municipalities in the field of service delivery and digitalisation. Before he entered the VNG, he worked for the Ministry of Interior, contributed to the development of the International Institute for ICT and Development, and was a consultant and member of the management team at HEC/PBLQ, a consultancy firm in the field of e-government.
