Oscar contributes to the preparation and implementation of multiple training programmes at The Hague Academy. He is currently in the final year of his bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Organisation at Leiden University. Prior to studying international relations, Oscar studied Illustration and Visual Media at the University of the Arts in London. Academically, he is interested in European affairs, sustainability policies and energy governance. He is fluent in French, Italian and English.
