Teambuilding training for the staff of the PFL in Benin 2015

In 2015, The Hague Academy gave a short training on stakeholder analysis and change management for the staff of the PFL in Benin. The day started with an introduction round based on the name game in which the participants were asked to introduce themselves and list the names of their foremothers. After the introduction a session on stakeholder analysis was held, followed by a session on change management.

Objectives:

  1. Provide training on stakeholder analysis and change management.
  2. Contribute to the teambuilding of the newly formed team which will implement the PFL project in Benin by stimulating collaboration ánd doing exercises and “fun activities”.

Deliverables/Outcomes:

  • Knowledge on change processes expanded. This knowledge will help the team to recognise and overcome resistance to the change which needs to implemented.
