Angus Napier moved to the Netherlands in 2023, with 4 years of experience working as a Project Manager for the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since then he worked as a Project Controller for PAX for Peace before joining the THALG in August 2025. He supports Programme Managers and Officers with all aspects of financial administration and proposal development. Angus holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Otago in New Zealand.
