The second part of the Matra Social Affairs and Employment course is currently taking place in Tunisia. The participants are once again very enthusiastic and involved. On Wednesday they visited the Ministry of Employment and Vocational training in Tunis where they were informed about their policy and best practices to improve employment in Tunisia.
Some of the participants also visited the Netherlands Embassy where they were welcomed by Ambassador mr. Van Vloten Dissevelt. They discussed amongst other the back home actions plans the participants wrote during the training course and how the embassy could help putting them into practice.
The exact data for the next Matra South course on social affairs and employment will be announced soon on our website. The Matra South course on Local Governance will start on 27 May 2015 and application opens in Februari 2015.
