The C-CYCLE project has been designed with the objective of serving the vocational education and training needs of local authorities and grassroots cultural organisations’ staff through supporting them in gaining access to an innovative model of work-based education in the field of creativity, arts, and culture.
In addition, it aims to enhance networking by means of digital educational tools for tackling the impact of geographical remoteness or other barriers to professional evolution. The partnership applies an integrated strategy, deploying innovative activities with the majority of them being virtual or hybrid.
More specifically, during 24 months the project will implement a mapping of remote cultural heritage and artistic expression activity while it will invest in sustainable tailor-made capacity building activities. With the aim of boosting professional evolution of the participants, it will implement networking and development activities.
The project is expected to produce impacting results and respond to the challenges of the cultural sector at the grassroots level through investing in innovative vocational education and training models for supporting cultural evolution.
