The programme trained staff of Luminus Technical University College (LTUC) on the ‘Digital First approach’ and increase the capacity of the school through its staff to implement improved digital learning.
The direct beneficiaries were six master teachers and twelve teachers of LTUC. The project consisted of four main phases. The first one was the inception and Training Needs Analysis with the selected teachers, the second was a one-week training organised in Jordan on the ‘Fundamentals for Digital learning’, the third was three hybrid learning and exchange opportunities with other practitioners and experts from the Netherlands while the last one was a one-week study visit to the Netherlands for the Master trainers to learn and exchange with TVET practitioners in the Netherlands.
