
The Hague Academy for Local Governance implemented the Project Management course as part of the National Packages for Curaçao and Sint Maarten. This took the form of a training program that balanced theory and practice, allowing participants to immediately apply the knowledge they gained to their own work.
The objective of the programme was the delivery of a training trajectory on project management to:
A total of 36 project leaders from different ministries were training participants, working on the National Packages (“Landspakketten”) designed to support reforms in Curaçao and St Maarten. The participants varied from lower-level to senior-level project leaders and project members.
