Training of Trainers: Online E-Learning

The overall goal of the programme was to transfer knowledge in designing, delivering, and evaluating e-learning training to improve the quality and competitiveness of the human resources in Science and Technology.

The online learning training was delivered to a group of 9 trainers from the Indonesian Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education.

The Hague Academy provided a 20-day training programme to 9 trainers from the Indonesian Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education from the 4th to the 29th of October 2021. Each day consisted of a combination of theory and practice. On average, around 50% of the time was dedicated to the participants developing their own online training under the guidance and support of THA’s trainers.

Results: 9 trainers from the Indonesian Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education successfully completed the training from the 4th to the 29th of October 2021. After the training, the participants were more confident concerning the following:

  • Effectively use e-learning approaches, formats, and tools,
  • Create a course structure and draft learning objectives and a script,
  • Create interactive content (designing graphics, recording and editing videos),
