Are you a professional working in local government or for a local NGO, but are not eligible for a scholarship? Professionals working in local government or for local NGOs on the DAC list of ODA-recipient countries (OECD) qualify for a 50% course fee reduction. Contact us for details.

The Shiraka Training Programme (STP) is part of the Shiraka Programme, developed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It supports societal development in the MENA region and consists of training courses focusing on governments’ public service delivery for citizens, involving civilians in this process. The Hague Academy develops and leads training programmes on various topics for the Shiraka programme. These programmes combine theory, practice and site visits.
