Last week The Hague Academy trained seven young Lebanese professionals who work in or with the local government sector. Subjects that were discussed were amongst others mediation, creative problem solving, managing power, change and stakeholder management. These young talents shared a wide variety of professional backgrounds; some were social workers and others worked in the field of municipal services or urban planning.
