Development Training Guide Connect 2018
CONNECT is a mechanism developed by PLATFORMA and VNG International. The mechanism facilitates short-term, demand-driven knowledge transfers between local and regional governments in Europe and in EU partner countries. It works by linking a request for expertise from a local or regional government in a non-EU country to experience offered by a regional or municipal government in a European country, facilitating short one-off exchange activities. The course included readings, a quiz, videos and several interactive exercises.
Main goal
Create training modules for an online course to guide CONNECT participating municipalities for the planning, implementation and evaluation of this knowledge exchange activity.
Activities
Training materials developed for a 2-day preparatory training course aimed at Connect participants (representatives of participating municipalities), on how to best transfer the necessary content and knowledge to the participants.
