This course helps female leaders from local authorities develop their leadership skills. Through self-assessment, role-play, discussion and exchange, the participants learn how to develop a vision as well as how to demonstrate effective leadership, while taking into account gender issues.
At the request of VNG International, as part of the exchange activity “African women in local government: Changing the face of local leadership”, The Hague Academy organised a leadership course for 20 female local leaders from 11 different African countries. Read more about this course.
