Since the New Year, The Hague Academy’s team collected and analysed the evaluation results of all our course participants in 2019. We learned about what we did well, as well as areas where we need to improve. Our team, led by the Programme Officer and M&E specialist Yasmin Hegazy, analysed and reflected on the data compiled. It was great to discover that the quality work that we strive to provide to all our training participants is highly appreciated by them. As The Hague Academy rapidly grows, we can see improvement in most of the metrics considered in the evaluation. As you can see from the results below, this includes how people evaluated our experts, our trainers, our logistics and administrative services, our study visits as well as their overall evaluation of the training courses, the applicability to their daily work and how likely they were to recommend it to other people.
We are proud of the results and thankful for our participants’ feedback and appreciation for our trainings, and we’re committed to using these results for our constant improvement in 2020.
