These Matra Programmes are funded by The Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Full fellowships are available for participants from specific countries.
Matra Patrol
The aim of the Matra Patrol programme is to stimulate and support European integration by capacity building of government organisations in following countries: Albania, Bosnia-Hercegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey

Matra South
The aim of the Matra South programma is to strengthen the capacity of Ministries and sub-national governments in Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt and Jordan.
